Hello! I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction at Indiana University Bloomington. I have 1.5 years of experience as a Product Designer at Postman.
In my HCI research, I worked on a project about the impact of AI-suggestive text on a writer's creative process. Our paper received the 'Best Paper Honorable Mention' at ACM IUI 2023 in Sydney.
As a designer, I'm passionate about the importance and depth of context when creating user experiences. I'm also interested in inclusivity in HCI and wonder if our designs truly enhance experiences or inadvertently highlight differences. Lately, I've been exploring sustainability and thinking about the overall impact of my designs.
Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I enjoy drawing different fonts on blank paper and urban sketching, which helps me stay detail-oriented and focused. I'm also a die-hard Marvel fan, so I'm always up for a Marvel chat, along with discussing design (which, as you might guess, I'm pretty into!).
Capturing the world through my lens...
I love to capture the moments through my lens. I feel it's one of the ways to capture the beauty around us. I believe that we also attach memories to these shots. Seeing these shots, I relive those moments again.
Expressions to communicate...
Dramatics has given me the confidence to communicate and express yourself. I loved to play different characters as it brings a thrill and challenge. So far I have played the role of a transgender person, a corrupt government officer, king, conservative mother-in-law, and prominent businessman.
